Alexa integration, it's NOT OK

New owner of Bluesound Powernode 3. I am happy for everyrhing concern music quality but i bought this device because i wanted to listen to music when i lie on the couch after a day tired and not willing to switch buttons on, check on the mobile, etc. Listening to Music must be a pleasure.
So Alexa was useful to instruct what i wanted to hear without passing from the mobile.
Point is that your Alexa integration is NOT OK.
- I just want to say "play this song" and it works by using a default player and sound source. SONOS has it like this!
- I want to say it in Italian, French not in English
The above 2 things are really Basic, fundamentals. I wonder how could you use the logo Alexa integration if this 2 are not there.
I also tried to connect my Echo dot via Bluetooth (NIGHTMARE configuration and not working!!!) or via Optical IN.
Sorry but i am a LOST CUSTOMER, your box is on sale and i will buy Sonos istead even if music quality is probably few % worse but Alexa integration works easily.
I give you an advice: invest on usability of your device from a customer point of view, e.g. have this piece done not by engineers, they dont have the mindset for that.

BluOS uses an Amazon Skills implementation. This means you require an invocation word; "Alexa, ask BluVoice..."
This not only allows you to choose from multiple voice integration systems such as Siri, Google or Alexa, but also allows us to not be limited by Alexa's simplified options and even allows you to use different services.
