Cannot create a home theatre group

Hi All

I recently purchased a pair of Pulse Flex 2i's to go with my Powernode 2i (HDMI) to create a Home Theatre set up. I have a pair of speakers and sub connected to the Powernode 2i, and music plays through all of the speakers as a group no problems.

When I go through the setup wizard in the Bluos app to set up the Home Theatre group, I get to the screen where you set the distances of the speakers. Once set, I press next and get a screen that says Configuring - creation of the Home Theatre Group failed. Click retry to try again. Nothing happens when I click retry.

All players are updated to the latest firmware. Something I have noticed is that when setting the speaker distances, when I press play on the left speaker I get white noise but when I press play on the right speaker it either plays music or no sounds at all. Like it isn't switching over into the setup mode perhaps? I have performed factory resets on all devices but still get the same error.

I have also tried to application on my MacOS and it seems to let me go through the setup where it says I have successfully completed the setup, however no fixed group comes up afterwards to select.

Hope I have provided enough information, and any assistance would be much appreciated.

Given the FLEXs are new to the network, rebooting the router and players once may resolve the issue (could simply be funky networking conflict). If after that creating a Home Theatre Group is still not working, it would be best to Help > Send Support Request in the app to have the support crew investigate more closely.
