NAD M10 BLUOS Bluetooth Headphones pairing

Hi! I read all the manuals, and found the quite hidden way how to connect my Sony WH-1000XM3 and I'm just wondered, why this option available from the Bluos app only? It is possible to get Player Drawer in the Player menu please?

Also wondered, and did not find answer, when I disable my headphones then sound returns to normal speakers, but when I enable bluetooth headphones again, it does not activating automaticaly, I have to go bluos control app -> Player Drawer -> context menu -> tap Bluetooth headphones to connect again. So complicated...
