Can't send a support request from the Android app
BeantwortetWhen I try to send a support request via the Help tab in the Android app (Node firmware 3.14.26, Android app 3.14.1:2566), as soon as I tap the country selection dropdown the connection with the Node gets lost and the app stops working.
When I try to send a support request without selecting a country there's an complaint that a valid country must be selected.
I post this here because ... well ... I can't file a support request. I find myself in a catch 22.

The discussion we had on the subwoofer settings is worth an update from their side, at least of their documentation, or even better the introduction of an additional real on/off toggle.
Also the fact that sending a support request doesn't work needs a fix.
