SUBWOOFER SUDDENLY NOT WORKING

    Thank you.  I have done both.  The first did not change the output.  The second delivered a condemnation of my subwoofer and deflection of the issue. Bluesound accepted no responsibility for the problem although, according to the internet, it is rather prolific.  I was hoping someone may have a solution.  Thanks again.

    In reviewing your Support Request history, I was unable to locate any request regarding a Sub-Woofer issue. Please submit a new request selecting Help, Send Support Request in the App. Please make the subject "ATTN TONY; #xxxxxxx" referencing your Request Number so I may escalate your issue.
