Issue with Prime Stations with Node 2i after software update

Hi guys,

Fresh new member here!

I've been happily using a Node 2i as streamer to pass digital audio to my DAC/amp since January. I mostly access my music library, from a networked HDD, and I sometimes use Amazon Music for music I don't own or to stream custom radios.

Over the past few days, I've had a problem with the latter. While I can browse artists/albums/songs from Amazon Music, when trying to access the Prime Stations I get this error message:

Remote Service Error: Bad request

Everything started after a software update that I triggered via my iPhone app, yet I get the same error message if I do the same via my laptop.

I contacted the support team, that advised to reboot the device and to log out/in from Amazon, but got no luck. They said the issue has been reported by several other users and it could be an outage from Amazon, yet the Amazon web app and laptop app work in streaming stations.

Has anyone experienced the same issue and came to a solution?

  The router reboot worked! It was basically the only thing I had not restarted...
