TRYING TO DOWNLOAD FIRMWARE (?!?)
BeantwortetI see that others have identical problem so I'll just pile on here. I am waiting for an email to come to me that gives me a link to download latest Vault 2i firmware.
First, I just tried the "update" feature in the app, but after fifteen minutes of waiting for it to see if updates are available, I gave up. And tried Plan B. It seems to work equally as well. Which is to say....it seems not to.
Is there something I am missing or is it just a very verrrrrrry slow process?

Hi Allen
1) Try temporary moving your player and wire it directly to your router, then try the update process
2) Check your spam filter if your e-mail is being blocked or diverted
3) e-mail support@bluesound.com
