Spotify autoplay not working

I’ve read posts about this issue, but have yet to see a solution.

Normally when Spotify finishes an album it will automatically play similar music. It still works using other devices, but not when music is being played through the Node 2i. When an album is finished on the Node 2i it returns to the first song and stops playing music.

What’s the solution if any?

  I just figured it out!

  You must use airplay when using an Apple device and this makes the autoplay feature on Spotify available.

  If you connect directly to the Node 2i using the app playback > autoplay setting is not available.
