C658 issue

I've recently upgraded my C658 to the latest firmware ( v.3.14.26 June 23 ) and have been experiencing an issue where the source will change to something else without any user input. 

For example, just an hour ago I had it set to the input I use for Google streaming, my kid is happily watching My Little Pony on Netflix then it just started playing Eminem over the BluOS source on it's own?  It then did it again about 5 minutes before writing this where it changed to the Bluetooth source on it's own...?!??!

I checked that the remote hadn't been sat on or something, it wasn't even near the couch...the other thing that has been happening is the volume will dip to really low levels at random intervals also.

I might try a factory reset, see how that goes...but I hope this is just a bug that can be solved with a hotfix firmware or something.

My unit is fitted with the MDC HDMI2 card, has anyone else experienced an issue like this with this unit?

  Please see www.bluesound.com/bluetooth for our Bluetooth connection guide and try to pinpoint the Bluetooth source. If you are still having issues, let our Support Crew take a closer look by selecting Help, Send Support Request in the App
