Faulty led device - Worst customer experience ever
BeantwortetI just bought the new node and after a long communication stream about the irritating always on LED, you admitted that the device is faulty and you expect me to go into trouble and reach the store in another country where I bought it, go through a tiring process of returning the device, with e-mails going back and forth with the store and me losing so much time. It is clearly unacceptable and probably some of the worst customer experience I have ever had.
I demand that you will send me a new device ASAP, and it is sad that I have to agree with a lot of people in this forum, how bad your service is really are.
Please let me know ASAP when you will be planning to send me the new node.

That being said your Bluesound Player is covered by a Distribution Warranty and subject to regional variants. We are aware of your specific point of purchase. They have experience in this matter and will be happy to assist you if in fact a warranty claim is required.
