Playing radio stations at P130 Puls Flex fails regularly

I‘ve installed a new Pulse Flex P130 recently and preset several radio stations.
Choosing and playing them via the Bluesound App worked for a day. Then the preset stations couldn‘t be selected in the app anymore nor could they be plaid via buttons directly at the Flex.
We deleted all stations an preselected them again.
Navigation through the app to choose the stations was messy as there a two ways of choosing stations and selecting them for presets both ways aren‘t really intuitive.
The radio stations were deleted and preset again.
Now 2 weeks later the error message 403 is displayed in the app everytime I want to selected one of the preset stations.
I started to delete and preselect some radio stations again while some aren‘t listed in the app anymore and cannot be searched for anymore.
What‘s happening in the app?
How can be ensured the presets work and must not be rearranged manually by users all the time.
