Preset wont save settings correctly

I am happy with my Powernode N331; however, I don't understand why the center channel and subwoofer keep re-enabling in the presets when switching from music to movies, for example, and vice versa. I read on various forums that many people find this annoying. Please update the firmware, Bluesound!
