loose 3.5 mm analog/optical input jack

I have a 4 year old bluesound node

i use the "optical in/analog in" input jack to plug my turntable in and to connect to the tv for sound.  But gradually the input jack has gotten loose and it will no longer hold the plug.  I took it to an electronics repair shop and they can't fix it. They don't have the right tools. I live in santa cruz, ca.  Do you know any repair shops that could open it up and replace or fix/solder it into place?
