status indicator stays solid red.

Dear all,

I own a Bluesound nodi 2i for now almost 6 years.

At once today, the status indicator was showing solid red.

Until now, all upgrades have come in and were installed immediately without problems.

After checking the troubleshooting page under the support tab, I followd the steps as indicated:

Disconnect the player from the electrical power outlet and wait for 10 seconds.
(Disconnect the battery pack (BP100) as well for the PULSE FLEX)
Reconnect the player to the electrical power outlet.
Once the status indicator LED turns Red, pressa) and hold the PLAY/PAUSE button. The LED immediately turns Green and then Red. Continue holding* the PLAY/PAUSE button for 30 seconds.
Note: a)Keep your finger upright while pressing the PLAY/PAUSE button to ensure direct contact.
After 30 seconds, the LED blinks Red – then release the button.

Hower, step 4 - The LED immediately turns Green and then Red – didn’t work.

Is there anyone who know about it, or is this the final for my streamer?
