Qobuz playback failure on PULSE 2
Hi
Using AI to read the logs, I’m trying to diagnose a recurring Qobuz playback issue on my Bluesound PULSE 2.
Device / environment:
-
Device: Bluesound PULSE 2
-
BluOS version: 4.14.12
-
Service: Qobuz
-
Connection: Ethernet
-
Local IP during the test: 192.168.18.5
-
Controller IP: 192.168.18.4
-
Timezone: America/Sao_Paulo
What happens:
Qobuz playback starts normally, but after a short period the track stops / fails. In the device logs, the local network connection appears to remain up, DHCP is successful, and the player has a valid IP address. The failure seems to happen during the Qobuz stream itself rather than during initial network setup.
Relevant log pattern:
-
Playback starts for
Qobuz:416680373 -
The stream is detected as FLAC 24/44.1
-
The stream URL points to
streaming-qobuz-std.akamaized.net -
Later the log shows:
Retry Qobuz:416680373 @ 20933445/54817977
Then the player enters reconnect states:
STREAM_STATUS_RECONNECTING0sSTREAM_STATUS_RECONNECT_WAITING5sSTREAM_STATUS_RECONNECT_WAITING10s
Eventually the audio pipeline appears to run out of data / underrun.
Thanks for supporting

Qobuz as a streaming service has been having major problems lately across many hardware platforms.
Do use the BluOS app to log out of Qobuz, power cycle your PULSE and then log back into Qobuz. If the problem persists try logging out again and back in again, selecting nothing greater than CD quality and see if this helps.
Beyond that use the BluOS App to send a support immediately request after playback stops.
