CP200 uploading a project

I am unable to upload a working project to my CP200. The Easy Accomplish app displays an error message: 'Operation failed, try again later!'

I have already tried a factory reset on everything. I updated the firmware in both, the controller app and the player, but I haven't been able to find a more recent firmware version for the CP200 to upgrade it. My current version is 2.3.0.
I am not able to upload the project on WUI of the panel as well, the web wants the .eap FILE. But the EA app produces the .ea FILE
