I have a nad c399 with streaming module and it can not upgrade to 4.14.17. It remained at 4.14.12. After upgraiding and rebooting, it still remains at 4.14.12...

  BluOS 4.14.12 is the current latest firmware available for your NAD BluOS MDC. You are on the most recent version. 4.14.17 is only for certain Bluesound models in the NODE family dealing with specific issues to those models.
