Announce API

I'd like to have option similar to doorbell to play media temporarily over currently playing stream so that original media fades out and in after media played has completed.

Api could be something like /Announce?url=&tell_slaves=on|off

This would allow me to use Home Assistant TTS messaging without first query of active zones, unjoining. Playing PA. recreating joined zones and resuming audio with play.

My current system is 3xIMS-4 into 10 room multiroom system
