Posts marked as "Pending Approval"?

I have found that a number of recent posts that I have made have been left unpublished as they have remained marked up as "Pending Approval". One even got deleted with no explanation after a long pending period. Please, please tell me now. Is there something I should know?

  It’s just the hosting company’s overzealous systems marking posts as spam and requires Bluesound to approve them. If you select edit on the post and without making any changes and then save it often then posts. Any post with a URL tends to go into pending regardless.

  A bunch of mine were marked as spam and automatically went off and deleted literally thousands of my Posts. I then lost my 2FA codes and had to create a new account. Of course I found the codes a few days later but by then my accounts had been merged together.
