EOF constant consistent error message and everything freezes and will not play

I did send an email to support as well and have not yet received a response. I have the Icon and stream Qobuz. I used to get the EOF error message once in a great while. Music would stop I would just hit ok and it would play again. Now I get the message ALL the time and even pressing ok NOTHING will play. I get the same message with different code #'s. It reads:
Player Notification
Error: unexpected EOF
Qobuz: 19906020 (this number is different sometimes).
I am using an ethernet to a TP Link adapter I am not wireless.
PLEASE PLEASE HELP!
