Vault and Pulse Mini problems

Hello,

I have a Vault (early version) and a Pulse Mini (also early version). They both appear in the android and windows app. The BluOS version I have is 4.12.11. However I have three problems.

1. Playing songs: I get the message "cannot acces file".

2. Also I cannot connect with the vault through windows explorer. I checked the IP adres in diagnostics and it is correct at 192.168.1.10

3. It wants to upgrade the BluOS version. When I do that it goes offline and does not come back for days. Only after I disconnect the power and reconnect it, the system comes back to live.

I think the problems started when I first tried the upgrade.

What can I do to fix this?
