    Hi Krish,

I have shared your feedback with our quality assurance and development teams for evaluation. Once it has been confirmed, we will work toward addressing it through a firmware fix that can be included in a future BluOS update.

Can confirm. I am using iPhone SE. Latest BS update installed. Switching to another app, then back fixes it.

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for taking this up quickly. Your help is appreciated!

As Colin also mentions in this post, he apparently has the same issue as well.

    Regards,

I confirm same exact behaviour from Tidal with a Bluesound Node N130. I am not convinced it’s not a Tidal app issue though, as using Tidal and Airplay, it’s fine, but in that scenario, IOS is taking care of the volume side of things. Using Tidal Connect, Tidal is handling the volume, so I suspect it’s a Tidal/IOS interaction bug. Will be monitoring this thread.

Same here, same issue on Tidal / iOS (26) / Bluesound N130. Switching apps fixes the issue (didn't know this until I found this thread, so thanks :D)

The issue is that the physical volume buttons change the volume on the iPhone itself instead of the Bluesound, you can actually notice the difference in icon while changing the volume. When you're changing the BS sound it only shows a single (narrow) slider, when you're changing the volume on the phone it shows a broad slider with a volume symbol inside of it.
