Pulse Flex 2i: Re-Installation after Reset "Incomplete"

After a complete reset (off grid for 30 secs, keep pushing start/pause key for 30 secs until LED starts blinking red), I am trying to re-install my second Pulse Flex 2i via my Android phone.

As soon as the LED on the speaker is a solid green, I start the process. All seems right: app asks me for WiFi credentials etc., but after some seconds, app says "Install Incomplete" and offers me to repeat the entire process.

Did this for a total of three times no - to no avail. What can I do? Thanks a million.

  Try temporarily connecting an Ethernet lead directly to your Router, once done you should be able to then add the WiFi credentials and then remove the Ethernet lead.
