    Hi Erland,

    I would start by restarting your entire network including your Bluesound devices. If issue persists, please reach out to our support crew by sending us an email at support@bluesound.com or by submitting a support request directly through the BluOS app.

    In the BluOS app, simply go to Help > Send Support Request and a member of our support crew will be happy to assist you further.

    As I said, I have already tried that. As I was away over the weekend, I tried it once more. No difference.

    I've sent in a support request.

    I still wanted to post here to hear if anyone else has seen this. And also so that other persons who have experienced this can see the thread and know that they are not alone.

    Same issues here.
    Definitely not on the customer network side.

    So this is a bit of a mystery. I submitted a support request and worked with the support engineer who had me unplug everything and reconnect, and also reset some Spotify settings. Nothing helped. Next step was that he would connect over Teamviewer to collect more diagnostics. However, we had to postpone this as I left for a vacation trip. Before I left home, I unplugged everything to save energy (but I might have missed one player). Now I'm back home, everything is plugged in a again - and playing Spotify has been without problems since I come home. There is a new version of the Windows controller, but there is no new version of BluOS. Maybe Spotify fixed something on their end?
