also having this issue.  also had it about 2 years ago and got the folder/shuffle workaround.  this is what is now no longer working.

for what it's worth, since it was asked, i have a vault 2i and pulse mini 2i.  same issue on both.

    so much fun.

    Same reply as usual 😪

I have the same problem.  Send a support ticket in. no response.  i have a Node with a library of over 25,000 songs.  When I select shuffle, it plays 50 songs from the first 3 albums in my library. This needs to be fixed immediately not at some future unknown date

I fully agree with Buffalo Mike. I asked BS for same but no response

Playlists still work and load completely, but of course you've got to build them first, not really what I want to do for artists that might have 1000+ tracks in the library.

I have the exact same issue as original poster.

I now have an expensive digital clock as i can  no longer populate more than 50 songs.

Yesterday I installed BluOS 4.14.9 and that software spoiled my joy of music just in same way as others have reported in this thread. Only 50 tracks are available (of several thousands, which were available earlier), and randomise option does not work at all. It's sad to see my Node to practically die after being a year in daily use.

And still no fix. At this point i can no longer recommend any NAD product that has bluos in it.

It has been 2 weeks now since this faulty update was put into the community and despite emailing the CEO no timescale has been given for the resolution. Clearly mistakes happen but equally this "update" should never have made it out of testing. In these circumstances a prompt resolution is absolutely required and think it is clear that the management of this company think so little of their customers that this has not been forthcoming. I certainly didn't pay for a device to stream 50 songs from my library, really appalling customer service.

Happy customer here, too. The new update (BluOS 4.14.12) recovered the essential musical powers into my Node. All tracks now download from USB storage and they can be played randomly. Thank you.

I too can confirm it's finally work as it should be.
