Music stops, switch to HDMI/ARC

We have an Audiocontrol Bijou 2100 amp connected to a TV with HDMI/ARC and a Node connected via optical.

When the TV is on and we hear TV sound, if we play a song via the Node, it auto switches to music playback from the Node.  When the music stops it waits 20-25 seconds and then switches back to TV sound via HDMI/ARC.

It would be nice to set a timeout delay when music stops & TV audio is present via HDMI/ARC.

  Hi Ted,

  Unfortunately, this behavior is controlled by HDMI-CEC, and it does not allow a customizable timeout or delay. CEC automatically switches to the most recently active audio source, which is why the system returns to HDMI/ARC shortly after music playback stops.

  At this time, this behavior cannot be changed. We appreciate the suggestion and will pass it along to our team.
