Pulse Cinema Mini - disconnects from HDMI and drops from Bluesound App
BeantwortetI recently purchased a Pulse Cinema Mini. I can't make it through an entire movie without the unit disconnecting from HDMI ARC and then dropping from the Bluesound App. It seems like the unit just randomly powers down. It won't reconnect until I keep it unplugged for 5 minutes, and then power it back up. I've performed a reset of the device, but there has been no change in this behaviour. This is a very poor user experience so far.
The system updated to the latest firmware upon install.
The unit is hardwired to the network (Cat6) and connected to my TV via HDMI ARC.
Any suggestions?
