IPad dos not support BluOS App anymore

IPad Mini does not connect to music collection anymore. It shows "couldn´t load Content"

At the same time from IPhone it is possible.

Can it be that the IPad Mini with software iOS 12.5.7 is too old and does not support this anymore ?

  In the release notes they do mention IOS 14.0 or better. I already scrapped a mini ipad because updating was no longer possible and apps no longer work. Thank capitalism for that I guess.
