Red led and red Play-Pause button on Node 2i

My node 2i isn't reacting; a red led and play-pause button; no WiFi and only bluetooth connection and no player visible in the app. I tried the hard reset, also with an ethernet connection but can't get rid of the red dilemma. Also tried to disconnect the power for several hours, but nothing seems to work. Anyone any idea?
