Streaming stops abruptly. - NAD C379
Since the last update, problems have been piling up on my NAD C379.
I'm still waiting for the update that's supposed to fix the "amp waking up unexpectedly" issue... But I've also noticed that when using Spotify Connect, my music stops abruptly at times.
At that point, my amp disappears from Spotify and reappears after a few seconds.
Spotify and the amp are connected to the switch via Ethernet.
Waiting for the updates...

Another user with Bluesound hardware turned IPV6 off on their Router and it fixed Spotify connect, worth a try as it would only take a few minutes.

It's the module that includes Bluos, so Bluesound.It's actually Bluos support that's responding to my inquiries.

I can't disable IPv6 on my router.However, Spotify works perfectly if I stream to Chromecast Audio.

Where on earth did you manage to get a router that cannot disable IPV6, if it was free from the ISP then that explains a lot.

Yes, it's the ISP's router, like 95% of the public here in France.
It's even a Freebox, to be precise.
Anyway, Spotify works without interruption to Alexa Cast, Heos, and Chromecast....
Bluos is for consumer devices and should work without any specific router configuration.
Given that the connections are wired and have a static IP address...
It should work.It worked perfectly before the update.
Since the update, there's been a problem with it waking up unexpectedly, and problems with Tidal and Spotify as well.

You don’t say much about what controller you are using but Spotify connect has issues with Android and talked about on the Spotify forums.
You talking about other protocols which are quite different to Spotify connect so cannot be compared unfortunately.
The Freebox can can IPV6 disabled using the firewall, contact Free for help.

It disconnects with Spotify Connect on web, Windows, and Android. I use the same software with Alexa and Chromecast. No problems.
