    Since you are using an iOS device, I would suggest trying AirPlay (if your BluOS device supports it) for a more stable connection. If you continue to run into any issues, please feel free to reach out to us at support@bluesound.com and one of our support crew members will be happy to help.

    A bit hard to quite understand what you have written but sounds you have connected your phone to the ICON using Bluetooth. Have a look at your phone setting and see if it’s been paired, if so remove the pairing and then use the BluOS App to play music.
