Node Icon: simultaneous xlr and rca output usage

Hello, i’m considering buying a node icon streamer, I have an active subwoofer with XLR input (DB4S) and a power amplifier for my main speakers with RCA inputs. Can i use both the RCA and XLR outputs of the Node Icon simultaneous without interference between the outputs? The power amplifier is next to the streamer, the subwoofer is at a distance of 5m which would benefit from the balanced XLR connection. Are there any points of attention with this config?

  Yes, both the RCA and XLR outputs on the NODE Icon can be used simultaneously without interference. 
  However, you cannot run Dirac Live in a 2.1 configuration when the subwoofer is connected through the speaker outputs. Dirac will only process the main stereo channels in this setup.
