BBC sounds not working on blusound speakers

    Sue, it looks as though we have yet another issue with the sudden disappearance of BBC radio services provided by TuneIn which is affecting UK users on several platforms. If previous cases are anything to go by then I'm guessing that the problem will not be resolved for a couple of days. Sigh....

    I'm having a similar problem. I keep getting "Error: 404 Not Found" message for TuneIn.

    I can still stream Spotify and BBC sounds to my speakers.

    Seems like yet another TuneIn problem.

    Yep mine stopped working too.
    Time to give away my Pulse Flex
    Spotify has also stopped working
    Those are the only two things I use.

    I have only just noticed the most recent occurrence of this problem.

    My BluOS app was happily providing me with BBC content but I think that is because I was, until a matter of minutes ago, listening to the BBC World Service channel. 

    Attempted to change to other BBC Radio channels all give the "Error: 404 Not Found" message along with an additional "TuneIn:s24940" message.

    I am sure that the BBC has valid reasons for any changes they make but it is annoying to be a  Blusound App user in the UK hit by their collateral damage

    Can’t use the url, on r5 it just repeats the same message about not being able to play the commentary due to rights restrictions. 🤷‍♂️

    If Bluesound can’t stream BBC Radio in the UK, they are finished as a company here as it will be the main reason anyone buys there products. Can you imagine the sale at a dealership when they have to tell a costumer they cannot enjoy the BBC on these products out of the box.

    zero information from support either is not a good look, we spent a lot of money for a so called superior product and they can’t cover the basics… The changes to BBC Radio have been flagged for years so there really is no excuse for this lack of action…
