Blue sound Node Nano volume control lights not working.

I have a Node Nano and yesterday I noticed the (-) volume button is no longer illuminated on the front panel. All other of the 4 buttons are illuminated. When pressing the negative (-) control it I’ll illuminate and flicker a little bit for a second and then go out. I have also tried to adjust the illumination level from dim to normal and off however on any setting the negative (-) button is off. Has anyone else encountered this issue or have a potential solution. Thank You.

  Not come across this issue, in the BluOS app, please navigate to Settings and under Help & Support select “Send Support Request” this sends to logs to support who will then get in touch with you.
