Pulse Flex 2 recovery after power failure and Roon compatibility
BeantwortetHi all. I have two Pulse Flex 2i and one Pulse Flex 2. The older Flex 2 operates differently in two ways, as follows:
- After a power outage it loses its memory. I have to restore the network info, as well as my presets - a PIA.
- It also doesn't work as a Roon end point.
Are these two issues an actual problem, or just the way the older Pulse Flex 2 works?

This is not normal behaviour. In the App, select the FLEX that is not remembering settings and select Help, Send Support Request so we can reach out to you 1 on 1.

Tony, thanks for your rapid response. I followed your instructions but each time, after filling out the Support Request, I was kicked back to the Help page when I tried to select a country, with all of my work lost. I tried three times. What's our next step? BTW, I've resolved the Roon issue.
