Subwoofer Connected to Amp

I have a Bluesound Node 2i and have just bought two Rel T5i subwoofers which will connected to my Cyrus Amp.

 

Do I still need to select subwoofer on in 'audio settings' or is that just relevent when connecting subs to the Node 2i directly?

  Would be the latter; you would only need to use the Subwoofer switch in the BluOS app if you are directly connecting these subwoofers to your NODE. Since you have the subs connected to your Cyrus amp, you'll want to leave the NODE as is so that your amp and subwoofers can control the crossover etc.
