Starting over again
BeantwortetI hate having to do this. I've tried the help options in the app, checked online resources, sent emails, left my phone number, etc, but here I am.
I recently got rid of my cable box and got a new router, so my network name changed, etc. I was having difficulties connecting and decided to start over and just deleted my BluOs apps from my laptop and my phone (along with Tidal) and after reinstalling them, I have nothing. No playlists, nothing at all. It shows my player, but I can't even find a setting to make sure it's looking at my new network name? I'm so frustrated.

Hi Dan
If you have not factory reset the player, the playlists and credentials should still be there. It should time out after 5 minutes and go back to hotspot Mode. If it does not, plug the player directly into the router and it will show up in the App. Select, Settings, Player Wi-Fi and overwrite the existing logon key with the new key.

Help - Diagnostics will give you info about connected network.
