New to Bluesound: 3 questions

Just got a 2i.  

1. Is there not a basic user guide? If not, where can I find instructions on how to set up the most basic functions .
2. How to set up playlists and songs from Amazon.
3. How to stream to my airpod pros?  I found the "Bluetooth Headphones" in "My Players", I clicked on that with my airpods nearby... nothing, so I opened the case ... nothing; tried pressing the case button - the airpods do not show up. Please help.
