BeantwortetHi all. I have the problem described below. Had submitted it to zendesk earlier this week but they seem overwhelmed and I haven't been able to speak to anyone. So maybe one of you can help me??? Description is below. Thank you all in advance.

The issue you are seeing is multicast traffic being blocked from allowing the Players to communicate with your App. Check your Netgear Orbi settings and ensure multicast traffic is being allowed and that IGMP Snooping settings are not interfering.
