BeantwortetHaving bought a Node2i with the 30 day trial then finally gone for a Powernode2i trying to return the original is a nightmare.
Firstly told I had to pay for return
After arguing the case told I would not have to pay return.
Told would need to take to a DHL depot, my nearest is over 20 miles away.
Finally given a RMA
Then told would be collected from me
So am still waiting for some sort of label to put on the package.
Could be so much easier if the same person dealt with it throughout. No that is too easy. Every email, 8 so far, is signed off by a different person who I am assuming is in some sort mof call centre half way around the world!

The tech support team (myself for example) and the online sales & returns customer service team are different parties, but I will forward your concerns accordingly.
