Do you guys EVER test your software prior to release?
BeantwortetSo after the last upgrade when I lost easy access to tone controls I was told that it would corrected on the next upgrade.....Today the upgrade came in and now I have two bricked Node 2i's....a £1000's worth of streamers that can't access my Tidal accounts. I've logged out and back in and both still can't play music... this is the exact reason I binned off all my previous Playfi stuff... Todays message for lack of sound is 'Remote service error' 'Internal Server error' How does this get out of the door, all I did was pressed upgrade did you guys not even try this before making it available?!!! I also noticed that one unit displayed 'completing stage 3 of 3' The other displayed 'completing stage 4 of 4' what's that about? I was close to buying a Powernode 2i but now I'm close to selling up these Node 2i's and getting out of Bluesound guys please help.

Sounds like there is a bit of abnormal behavior going on here, particularly the upgrade stages messages.
From what I gather, the NODEs are visible in the app; if so, please send a diagnostics log from both via Help > Send Support Request from both (select each from the Player Drawer) so we may investigate what's going on.
