Does your accesspoint and router use the same SSID? If they do, try to change the one on your accesspoint to something different and reconfigure your Bluesound equipment.
In your NAS, Control Panel - Network - General, make sure Default gateway is your routers address.
Or Control Panel - Network - Network Interface - Edit "Get network configuration automatically (DHCP).

    Reboot "everything".

Still not working, remove the accesspoint (and reset it to default settings and start from "scratch".)

Bjorn - Thanks very much. Yes, both have the same SSID. I changed the new router from access point back to "router" mode. Do you recommend that I change it back to access point mode before trying this solution?

I recommend setting the new router as access point first. (with a different SSID so you know "who is who")
Using two routers in the same network is "no problem", but you have to know what you are doing ;-)

You have to get your "original" network configuration "up and running" before you add more equipment.

Bjorn - didn't work, but I truly appreciate the effort to assist. Thank you.

Not sure "what didn't work", but first thing to do is get your "old" network up and running.

If you remove your new router/accespoint from your network and still can't access you NAS (via browser or Bluesound) you probably did some changes in your NAS you shouldn't have done)

Sorry, I meant this process did not restore my NAS access. At this point I'm going to wait for Bluesound support, although it's been 5 days now with no contact from them. Again, thanks for your assistance.

Sorry, that should be 6 days with no contact from Bluesound support.

Finally heard from support. Tried some router configuration that did not resolve the problem. Then they had me put the players into hotspot mode and re-initiate the wifi connection. After that I was able to reconnect to the NAS. I think it was a combination of router settings and then hotspot mode because I'm fairly certain I'd run through hotspot mode once before with no success.
