No sound out of Pulse Flex 2i after unplugging headphones
BeantwortetMy Pulse Flex 2i won't play any sound through the speaker since i've plugged and unplugged my headphones, even though Spotify or Qobuz is playing the song. The only way I can get the sound to work is by plugging in the headphones again.
The Pulse Flex 2i is connected to the Wifi-network and shows up in the BluOS Controller and in Spotify Premium. Connecting my laptop or smartphone via bluetooth works, but gives the same issue: no sound. Qobuz and Spotify still work with the other Pulse Flex speakers in the network.
I've already unplugged the power cable multiple times to restart the Pulse Flex, but it still doesn't work. I've also reinstalled the BluOS Controller app but that also did not help.
I've already started a ticket service yesterday. The ticket number is: #204844. But I commented in Dutch and got no reply, so that's why I'm asking again today in English.
Is there anything else I can try?
