Please include the possibility to set a:
Static IP address/subnet mask/default gateway (= not the same as a DHCP reservation).
Static DNS servers.
Static NTP server.
Possibility to password protect access to the player, either from the controller app of the webGUI.
Possibility to configure the IP-address of the player in the controller app instead of multicast or whatever protocol you are using to find players.
Posibility to disable the wifi-interface.

Wi-Fi is disabled when a cable is connected via the Ethernet port. We strongly encourage DHCP reservations. If however you are looking at a commercial installation, please consider some commercial options at www.bluesoundprofessional.com

I have been looking to buy the commercial player however I can't find a reseller in the Netherlands.

BTW I don't see any reason as to not include these features in the consumer version of the player. I can't imagine that the processing power of the hardware can't handle it.
Please do keep in mind that there are consumers with advanced IT knowledge that would really want these features.0 -
Try the pro commands, they will work for the consumer players too.
But the user/password is useless, because with that you can‘t control the player anymore :) Not shure what this is for, because it can‘t be controlled after setting it up...

No these commands are sent by http commands you find some in the Bluesound Prof. section:
