Shuffle / repeat functions for alarm playlists

Currently it is not possible to shuffle a playlist that is selected as alarm. It would be great to have this feature (tired of listening to the first 2-3 songs of my alarm playlist all the time, and never the other songs...).

  Nothing changed since this request has been created 4 years ago...

  I don't understand how tickets are working here. The feature request is marked as answered but it is not answered, it feels ignored.

  Agreed. I'd love to hear an update on this. I'd really like to use playlists as alarms, but without shuffle it's useless. I don't want to wake up to the same 2-3 songs every day either. Thanks!
