TV Audio Problems thru Pulse Flex 2i
BeantwortetHadn't noticed this problem previously, so not sure if an update to my Pulse Flex 2i's may have caused this, but when I route my TV sound through either HDMI or Optical 2 on my PowerNode 2i the sound is full of static. Front hard-wired speakers sound fine, but the Pulse Flex 2i's I'm using for rear speakers are unlistenable due to static. Both HDMI and Optical 2 give same results.
Any ideas?

Hello Wade,
I'm assuming you have the players in a Home Theatre Group. I would recommend double checking your Video Source's (that may be your TV/Cable Box/Apple TV) settings to ensure the audio is set to Dolby on your Video Source Devices (perhaps un-setting this then re-setting would do the trick).
Ungrouping and re-grouping the HT Group may also help.
If you find you still have the static in your rear Flexes, please send our support crew a diagnostic log via the app under Help > Send Support Request (log will be automatically attached) so they may look into the issue further.
