Airplay vs. Bluesound ?

I have my new BS2i connected as an airplay device to stream music to my home sound system. So whatever I'm playing on a device and be sent to the BS2i. Is there a sound quality difference between playing Amazon Music from the BS2i to my sound system vs. playing Amazon Music from my iPhone to to the BS2i as an airplay device?

  If you are an Amazon HD or Amazon UltraHD subscriber - Absolutely - AirPlay is limited to 320Kbps lossy playback - the same as the ear buds in your phone.
  
  Playing directly using the BluOS App will play up to 24/192 lossless quality for an Amazon UltraHD subscriber
