unable to add 4 players in 1 group

I have a CI 580 with 4 players for 3 years now. Firmware is at latest level. Since some time, I'm unable to add a 4th player to any group of 3 players. the "plus" sign to add the players to a group simple isn't showing as soon as there are already 3 players in 1 group. this used to work before.

I can however use the function add all players in 1 group. than it works.

I already tried the procedure to "reset to factory default settings" but the issue remains. please solve/advice

  Hi Bart

  This is an issue with the Android App we have reproduced here. We hope to push a resolution out very shortly. In the meantime, you can use the GROUP ALL option
