After an update, I lose my library. Getting pissed.

This is at least the third time this has happened.  I download an update an then my library is gone.  Am I alone?

  Hello there, 

  I've escalated your case; in the meantime, see if rebooting the Windows computer your Library is stored on and a reindex resolves the issue.
