Node 2i suddenly very slow

Node 2i has suddenly become really slow. For example, opening Tidal and Calmradio playlists, albums, playlists, etc. takes several seconds (... Loading ...........). And when you press play (on iphone, Mac), it takes several seconds before the song starts playing. Also, Tidal Connect is really slow. The only one that works flawlessly is through Apple Music airplay. There is no delay in that. There has been no such problem before. The software version of the player is 3.12.6 and the iOS App is 3.12.2. The problem has only recently emerged.
I have restarted the player to factory settings as well as restarted my router to factory settings. Neither worked. Is this a problem with the recent player software upgrade?
Anybody else having this problem?

Hello Janne,
Not something I have seen personally, but as you've factory reset the player and router and still see the issue, I'd like you to replicate the issue and send our support crew a diagnostics log so they can investigate further.
You may send this log via the BluOS app under Help > Send Support Request (log will be automatically attached).

I see you have not reported back to Kyle that TIDAL Connect was also causing issues after he recommended it, you should let him know by replying to your existing request.
